Ordering
How do I place an order?
- Click on a specific product you would like to view in greater detail.
- Fill in your email address (most important).
- Check the box which states the item(s) which you would like to purchase or fill in the items details box, or comment box.
- Finally when you have finished, click on 'submit'.
- Next, you will receive a payment advice (invoice) email sent by Chronic Loves within 24-48 hours after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours.
- Within the next 24 hours, we will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified.
- You should receive your item(s) in 3-4 days, excluding weekends once we have verified your payment.
Chronic Loves reserves the right to release your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.
*Please take note that items are reserved for only 24hours, after which if we did not hear anything from you, items will be released out without prior notice.

Delivery
All our local parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that customer opts for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website. We will not be responsible for any parcels lost through normal postage during the duration after posting out.
Local normal postage charges:
Apparel - SGD$1.50
Accessories - SGD$1.00
Bags & Shoes - SGD$2.50
*For every subsequent item, it will be an additional of SGD$0.50.
Local registered postage charges:
- Apparel - SGD$2.24 (additional on top of the total normal postage charges)
- Accessories - SGD$2.24 (additional on top of the total normal postage charges)
- Bags & Shoes - SGD$2.24 (additional on top of the total normal postage charges)
Local normal postage charges:
Apparel - SGD$1.50
Accessories - SGD$1.00
Bags & Shoes - SGD$2.50
*For every subsequent item, it will be an additional of SGD$0.50.
